At Heroes Football we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a standard percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes which may be incurred on Heroes Football goods when sending items to non-UK addresses. 

Courier Details – UK

All orders sent to England and Wales are sent by Parcelforce 24. We aim to dispatch all orders within two - three working days so you should receive your orders within four working days of placing them. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for. Parcelforce can deliver on a Saturday but there are extra charges involved.

All orders for Scotland, Northern Ireland and non-Mainland UK islands are sent by Parcelforce 24 service. These are dispatched within two - three working days and need to be signed for too. A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

Courier Details – International (non-UK)

All international orders for our products are sent by various shipping providers. Again, items are sent within 3 days of the order being placed. 

For all international order you will be emailed a tracking code and contact details. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.

Please get in touch with us via the contact page if your order is especially urgent and needed by a particular date or you think it is taking too long to arrive.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/card holder address. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Ireland - 2 working days
Mainland Europe - 5-10 working days
Non-EU Europe - 5-10 working days
USA and Canada - 5-10 working days
Rest of the World - 10-15 working days
